Elite Sporting Events/HoopPlay do not accept members under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. Only parents or guardians are allowed to purchase and create a profile for their child. As such, the parents email, phone, address, and e-signature are required for anyone under 18. Adult approval will be verified by Elite Sporting Events.
